Jude Gorman has seen the business life cycle from a variety of angles in his two-plus decades as a lawyer, executive and advisor.
Prior to founding Collected, Jude was a corporate and bankruptcy lawyer at Latham & Watkins LLP and the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Reorg (now Octus).
Jude joined Reorg as one of its first employees and oversaw many aspects of the company’s growth–including marketing, public relations and corporate development–before managing the sale process that resulted in a successful exit to Warburg Pincus in 2018. From 2019 to 2023, Jude was a partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Joele Frank.
Jude holds a BSBA from Georgetown University and a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Madison Square Park Conservancy.
